What’s the difference between the Skylight and the 360 Video Booth platform?
The main difference lies in how they capture video. The Skylight takes videos from above the guests’ heads, while the 360 Video Booth allows for video to be recorded around the guests, who must stand on the platform.
How easy is it to set up the 360 platform and the skylight?
Setting up the 360 Video Booth is quite simple. While the Skylight requires a little bit more time due to the frame setup, with practice, you can have both booths up within 10 minutes, depending on the venue of course.

What is the common 360 platform size?
The 100cm metal platform is the one to go for! It is easy to cart about and just the perfect size. The comparison table below has more info.
What camera do you recommend that I buy for the 360?

How do I share videos with guests?
Sharing videos is straightforward and very fast, you can do this via QR Code, Airdrop, Whatsapp. After you purchase with us, you’ll receive training that will guide you with ease through the process. It is very simple after you follow our advice!
Can I add branding to my videos?
Absolutely! You can incorporate branding into your videos, and you’ll learn how to do this in the networking group.
Can I slow down or speed up my videos?
Yes, you can adjust the speed of your videos. We’ll provide you 121 with this in the networking group.
Can I plan my video with my logo at the top or bottom of the screen?
Yes, you can. Training on how to implement this will be provided in the networking group. You will also learn about how to create an overlay for branding videos too.
I left it last minute! Delivery says 2 to 7 working days; can I get it quicker?
While we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late delivery, you can email us during business hours for an estimated delivery time if you are in a rush. However, we advise allowing enough time to familiarise yourself with the equipment before your first event, as practice makes perfect.

How much space do I need to allow for the booth when set up?
For the best performance, aim for a space of at least 12 x 12 ft. If you’re in a tighter spot, ensure you have a minimum area of 200 cm x 200 cm. Please note that the Skylight operates within a truss measuring 3 meters by 2 meters.
How much space do I need in my car for the 360 Video Booth??
The 360 Video Booth platform measures 100 cm, so you’ll need slightly more space to accommodate it. The flight case for the platform is larger, so ensure you allow at least 125 cm² for it to fit comfortably.
In contrast, the Skylight 360 is much smaller and more compact, allowing you to fit all the necessary equipment into the front seat of your vehicle.
