Delivery Information

Kindly note that we are online based only and most of our products are delivered within 7 working days upon receiving payment unless stipulated on each product page. If you are in a hurry and would like to collect a booth, we can sometimes accommodate you by strict appointment only. The collection point  is in Colchester, Essex.  Get in touch with us via email for more info on collection.

Our products are shipped from multiple locations, including Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Germany and Hong Kong. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order before 10 am for it to count as a working day. Our team will be in touch with information following payment.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why all items come with a 12-month non-accidental warranty.

Support Videos:  We will provide you with a series of instructional videos to help you diagnose and resolve the issue.
Replacement Parts: If any parts need to be replaced, we will send them to you directly from the manufacturer. Each shipment will include clear instructions to guide you through the repair process.
